This is a beautiful garden and courtyard community in the heart of Fishtown. Shackamaxon Court is a total of 18 total units many of which have hardwood floors, glass and ceramic tile baths, wood cabinetry, granite counters, Moen fixtures, w/d hookups, great interior space, and lots of natural light. The courtyard is a nice spot to relax, with plenty of flowers, a waterfall, and custom hand crafted steel work by renowned artist/craftsman Robert Phillips. Additionally, there is a private/secured storage unit per residence.

Step out the door at Shackamaxon Court and you are in the thick of Fishtown and a stone’s throw from Northern Liberties and the Delaware River. Some favorite spots:
