6-10 Strawberry is tucked cozily in a quaint alleyway in Old City. These units boast of open, breath-easy spaces with high vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring (plenty of closet space to boot!). Designer carpeting lines the bedrooms. And the kitchens enjoy beautiful granite-countertops, furniture-quality cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Right out your doorstep is the fabulous neighborhood of Old City. From 6-10 Strawberry, you’re right around the corner from the Market Street Subway line and a SEPTA bus hub. Along Market Street, you’ll encounter posh eateries, cocktail lounges, soda fountains with homemade ice cream (yum!), and exclusive dance clubs rocked by local bands. Penn’s Landing, Philadelphia’s riverside (Delaware River) entertainment and hang out spot, is located just over a footbridge, about a three-minute walk away. And only one block away is a great dog run. To name a few of my favorite places near 6-10 Strawberry St:
- Blue Martini: The hip and chic gather at this ritzy water hole. Great dance club!
- Swanky Bubbles: Pan-delish of sushi with some spicy steaks and tofu dishes!
- Gi Gi’s: Inventive martinis. Inviting glamorous space to lounge and dine!
- Ritz: Neighborhood movie house! Always a good choice!
