The Winne Building Condominium is nestled on a quaint stretch in Old City Philadelphia. The exposed brink interiors span throughout and empty onto balconies for surveying the city’s skyline. Also inside you’ll find high ceilings, bronze appliances—which look stunning against the exposed brick—granite-countertops, a huge walk-in shower, and an idyllic courtyard.

And it’s into the life of Old City for you! A great place to be! Around the corner are the Market Street subway line and a hub for SEPTA buses. Walk one more block and you’re at a grassy dog run, so remember to bring the doggie! After that, throw on your dancing shoes cause you’re hitting the town! You have a mess of dance clubs and cocktail lounges arranged down quaint alleyways and larger thoroughfares, including a diner or three for a late night bite. And be sure to hit up Penn’s Landing for a great sunset vista (or sunrise, if the night brings you there). To name a few of my favorite places near the Winne Building Condominiums:

Sugar Mom’s: Big billiards and micro-brews in an exposed brick, subterranean den!

Glam: Posh dance club. Hip hipsters and rough riders. Famous DJs frequent here!

Old City Food Market: For all your shopping needs. A few specialties there, too!

Khyber: One of the best venues in the city for live music!
