1810 Kater is nestled in the Graduate Hospital area. The spaces within are flush with beautiful hardwood flooring sleeked with luster from the plenteous light from the large windows throughout the homes. Don’t hesitate to relax on the back outdoor patio or one of the many balconies, especially the roof deck with marvelous views of the city.

Being in the Graduate Hospital area, you have access to many convenient amenities. The Broad Street subway line is only 4 blocks away. Walk north two blocks and a hair to the east and you’re on Philadelphia’s bohemian corridor, South Street, full of fun bars, both classy and dive-y, eccentric clothiers, and all kinds of eateries. Or, you could mosey to the Avenue of the Arts (Broad Street) to see a show or enjoy some fine dining. And Rittenhouse Square, one of the most exquisite parklands in Philadelphia, is only a five-minute walk away (Bring the doggies!). To name a few of my favorites places near 1808 Kater:
