The Artisan Condominiums—big, beautiful, capacious units—spread south-of-South Street, where you’ll always find something interesting (crazy even, but in a good way) happening along the stretch. These condos feature two oversized garages per unit, and a panoramic roof deck where you can enjoy some of the best views in the city. After the 10’ ceilings and plank oak flooring, extra large living room and bed rooms, there’s the “cook’s dream kitchen”, complete with a Sub-zero Refrigerator, Wolf Range, Miele Built-in Espresso/Coffee Machine, and an Asko Dishwasher—all of which are complimented by beautiful stone countertops. The Broad Street subway line is a block and a half away; while to the north you’ll fine the Avenue of the Arts, and to the east along South Street, Philadelphia’s bohemian corridor. Essentially, walk north for a show and fine dining, and east for zany shops and colorful dive bars galore! And while it’s fun to walk the dog on South Street, you can always utilize the dog run about five bocks east on Bainbridge Street. To name a few of my favorites places near the Artisan Condos:

- Whole Foods: Super Fresh Grocer with wide healthy selections!
- Morning Glory: The envy of all brunch enthusiasts. A must-go-to!
- Suzanna Robert’s Theatre: Great show house for world-premiere plays!
