1352 Lofts is located on the corner of Philadelphia’s bohemian corridor, South Street, and its famous Avenue of the Arts, Broad Street. These units have plenty of breathing room and captivating views of downtown Philadelphia, which can be beheld from many of the condos’ windows, balconies, or rooftop terraces. Featuring beautiful hardwood floors, along with contemporary-crafted concrete, steel and glass interior fixtures and partitions. In addition, there’s 24hr concierge service and an on-site self-park garage.
As for the surrounding area, you’re most immediate convenience is the multiple venues for art, which, in this case, also encompasses nearby shopping and dining. Transportation on the Broad Street subway line is literally half a block away. The nearest dog run is only 5 blocks away (pet-lovers never fear)! Walk a few blocks north on Broad Street and you’ll have your choice of seeing a show at the Suzanne Robert’s Theater, Academy House, Kimmel Center or the Wilma Theater. Or, you can always mosey your way east on South Street and find a slough of specialty boutiques, chic gastropubs, stunning murals and Isaiah Zager’s Magic Garden, one of the last precious remnants of the 1960’s left in Philadelphia.
