The Victory Building
1011 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107
Designed by Henry Fernbach for the New York Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1873, the Victory Building enjoys the hustle and bustle of Center City Philadelphia. This location is the envy of anyone who lives or is planning to move to Philadelphia. All units have hardwood floors, plenty of light, and modern appliances. But most importantly, the units are on short sale, meaning that prices have dropped drastically, aka a buyer’s dream!
But the price isn’t even the best part: Center City is! The Market Street subway line is only a block away. About a five-minute walk southeast and you’ll find Washington Square Park – great for walking the pooch! But immediately outdoors are plenty of gastro pubs, neighborhood bars, happening clubs, the Walnut and Chestnut shopping promenades, and last but not least, the Avenue of the Arts (Broad Street). To name a few of our favorite places near the Victory Building:
Lolita: BYOT in intimate quarter. Mexican gourmet!
Vintage: Great wine bar. Stellar menu!
Vargas: French-American fusion with all the trimmings!
Morimoto: High-tech, high-end Japanese Sushi! Love it love it love it!
